To All Members
We are pleased to report that the club reopened on the 4th July. Thank you members for following the social distancing rules whilst at the club to make it a safe place. Because of this we have now reviewed the procedures and rules. Amendments are set out below with immediate effect other than the opening hours which will change from Monday 20th July.
Entry to the club
The front door will no longer be bolt locked. Access as before using the door entry card. This will register the member entry to the club. A least one member of a party must record attendance to comply with Track and Trace regulations. Please tap your membership card on the reader even if the door is held open for you. The card reader will remain on the bar to record entry if required. Guests can now be signed in using the entry record book as per previous rules. A fee of £1.00 is chargeable. Families with children can now attend the club. No minimum age restriction. Children will remain seated with their family group at all times. They must not be noisy, run around or bother other members. Should the staff need to report the misbehaviour of any child or children to their parents on two occasions the family group will be required to leave the club. Children under 14 must vacate the club by 6pm Friday and Saturday.
Opening Hours
Monday to Thursday – 3.00 – 11.00pm
Friday and Saturday – 12.00 – 11.00pm
Sunday – 12.00 – 9.00pm
Gaming Machines and pool table
The gaming machines and Tab lotto are now available for use by members. They have been moved into the Lounge bar with the exception of the Tab lotto machine. Cleaning equipment is provided and we ask that players clean where necessary before using the machines or Pool table. A maximum of 4 people in the lounge bar at any time. Timeslots will be imposed for use of the machines and Pool table when busy if other members are waiting
Payment for purchases
The club introduced an App to purchase drinks and food using your phone or tablet. Drinks will at present continue to be served at your table. Use of the App will quicken this process and help reduce the possible spread of infection as staff will attend each table fewer times for each order. We understand that the App can be time consuming as information needs to be inputted for each order. Use of autofill for address and card information on your phones will speed up this process. Other payment methods will still be available.

Garden Area
The garden has been cleaned, painted and furniture repaired. It is a pleasant place to enjoy the day with a nice drink. For your convenience an outside bar is being installed on the 24th July and will be in full operation shortly after.
Function room hire
The function room will now be hired out for events which can comply with social distancing regulations. Maximum capacity will be 50 people. Possible hire for Wakes, Business meetings, small social gatherings, exercise classes etc. No bookings for big parties with bands or loud music will be accepted.
