Stephen Roper [Rock & Pop Covers, Solo Artist]

19th September 2020 @ 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm

A professional singer & guitarist with 15 years of gigging experience and stand out ‘rock’ vocals.

I enjoy playing a wide range of music from 60s, 70s, 80s through to present day.

Artists I love to cover include:

The Bellamy Brothers, Jon Bon Jovi, The Doobie Brothers, Steppenwolf, Cockney Rebel, Sting and The Police, Boston, Electric Light Orchestra, The Killers, Billy Idol, Vance Joy, Status Quo, Eagle-Eye Cherry, ZZ Top, Fine Young Cannibals, David Bowie, Bryan Adams, Stevie Wonder, Lynyard Skynard The Eagles, Franz Ferdinand, Foo Fighters, The Jackson 5, Queen, The Beetles, The Who, Fleetwood Mac, The Kinks and many many more!!!

Looking for gigs and events to play at acoustically. During lockdown, I’ve been performing my songs online and building my repertoire.

I like to keep my set fresh and exciting.

I like to experiment with all songs I feel deserve my attention! I rise to the challenge of learning anything from solo acoustic to a full rock band.

I believe that any great song can be played in a solo acoustic performance, whilst keeping the core of what makes that song great!

I have lots of experience performing solo, in duos, and in bands. I am always looking for new ways to push myself further and take on new challenges.

As well as looking for solo acoustic gigs, I am very interested in joining bands and enjoy performing with other musicians.

I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully performing for you sometime soon!
