Arriving soon is Cores AI Beers and Spirits dispensing tech (AI BS for short). As a valued customer the Club has been asked to help get AI BS released. Lets be clear, this isn’t robots serving drinks but a revolution in how beverages arrive in the glass.
The heart of AI BS is mixology combining water, pure alcohol, colour and flavour to faithfully recreate every beverage across all product lines without needing to make the originals in the old fashioned, time consuming and energy-intensive way.
AI analysis of the range of spirits, beers, mixers, lagers, ciders and perries has created a recipe for each using just the 4 basic ingredients with some gentle agitation. Establishments supply their own water and Cores delivers the pure alcohol, colour and flavour plus a little gas for fizz when needed.
Kegs in cellars will be a thing of the past replaced by the AI BS Mixer feeding draft beverage to taps on bars and spirits for optics above it. Anticipated further upgrades include a capability like Singapore’s NEWater to push water bills down by keeping so much more in-house.
